Ecommerce Manager

As an Ecommerce Manager at Besque, you will oversee daily e-commerce operations, manage online sales channels, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, monitoring website performance, and driving revenue growth through online campaigns. The role includes analyzing sales data to optimize performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement
• Effective Communication skills for team collaboration, stakeholder management, and customer engagement
• E-Commerce and Sales expertise, with a proven ability to manage and grow online sales platforms
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies and experience in implementing successful online marketing campaigns
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, data analytics tools, and understanding of SEO and online advertising
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a DTC, FMCG or e-commerce organisation
