Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive Circa £28k Hybrid working Blackpool, Lancashire Forward Role are working with a long-standing, family-run, retail brand that's entering an exciting chapter of growth and creativity. This is a role for someone who loves getting stuck in, shaping content, supporting campaigns, collaborating across teams and seeing their work land in the real world. Responsibilities:
Own social media & content - plan, create, publish and report across all channels, spotting trends and opportunities to boost engagement. Support campaigns & launches - work with marketing, sales, R&D and external partners to deliver campaigns, product launches, and trade show activity. Manage brand assets - photography, video, copy, catalogues and sales tools, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and on-brand.

Showroom & events - keep the UK showroom looking sharp, support trade fairs, and represent the brand at key events. Collaborate & innovate - assist across marketing projects, proofread and edit content, track performance, and help shape strategy for growth.

What we're looking for:

Digital skills: confident in Microsoft Office, Adobe (or similar), and all major social media platforms. Marketing experience: 2-4 years in a similar role with a degree-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Creative & professional: able to work independently or in a team, bringing initiative and solutions-focused thinking. Organised & efficient: excellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
