Senior Marketing Executive

B2B, product focused client are recruiting into their marketing team. This Senior Marketing Executive role is the result of expansion of marketing in the business and supports growth plans that are in place over the next few years. We are looking for a digital first marketer who can support all areas of marketing.

Working alongside an experienced Marketing Manager you'll be able to develop your skills and experience in a range of channels whilst taking ownership of campaigns and activity which you are most familiar with. Core experience should include email marketing, content, web management, SEO with a wider knowledge of other digital and offline channels too.

This role will be 5 days in the office dropping to 3 days after probation. Due to public transport access being able to drive will be an advantage and you will be Leeds, Bradford or Huddersfield based. Within that Triangle.

• Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong understanding of email marketing, SEO or broad digital.
• Driven to grow knowledge and experience across the marketing mix and contribute to all marketing activity.
• Confident in managing website updates and optimising content through CMS platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.

• Supporting the Marketing Manager in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Managing email marketing and automation campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.
• Implementing SEO activity, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and tracking performance.
• Supporting the website and digital channels to enhance user experience and content effectiveness.
• Creating engaging written content for use across social media, blogs and PR.
• Tracking campaign performance, reporting insights and making recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating across teams and working with external partners to deliver marketing activity.
• Contributing to new ideas and continuous improvement across marketing.

On the outskirts of Leeds and easily accessible from the M62 with free parking available. It is highly recommended that you have a car and license for commuting as public transport routes are limited. Ideally you'll be office based to start with, but after you've settled hybrid working with up to two days from home is available.
