🚀 About the role

As a B2B Content Executive, you’ll be responsible for creating content to position Genio as a respectable source of higher education insights through engaging content across our social channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with the wider commercial function to generate case studies, sales enablement and market facing materials, as well as managing engagement with our B2B audiences via our social channels, podcasts and forum communities.

💪 What you’ll be doing
  • Content Creation & Repurposing
    • You’ll be crafting and adapting content across all formats, from text to video, ensuring every message is perfectly tailored to its medium.
    • You’ll be evolving content in real‑time to stay aligned with product updates, brand shifts, and conversion goals.
  • You’ll be writing high‑impact copy and CTAs while optimising for both traditional search engines and AI‑driven platforms (AEO).
  • You’ll be acting as the final line of defence for quality, proofing content for grammar, style, and keyword integrity.
  • Community & Social Media Engagement
    • You’ll be curating channel‑specific content to grow Genio’s presence across social media and higher education forums.
    • You’ll be managing audience interactions—either engaging directly or triaging to internal experts—while using data to steer your strategy.
  • Strategic Alignment & Product Marketing
    • You’ll be executing the editorial calendar by turning complex product marketing materials into digestible assets like brochures, ads, and personalised content.
    • You’ll be navigating stakeholder priorities and brand guidelines to ensure all content resonates with specific B2B personas.
  • Continuous Improvement & Funnel Optimisation
    • You’ll be monitoring marketing funnel metrics to understand how your content impacts the bottom line.
    • You’ll be tracking industry trends and best practices to keep Genio’s messaging at the cutting edge of the market.
  • Technology & Innovation
    • You’ll be leveraging tools like SEMRush and AI prompting to amplify content reach and maximise ROI.
