We are super excited to be working with one of the North's leading Digital Marketing Agencies who are looking for their next Superstar Search Strategist! You’ll own the end-to-end SEO strategy for some of our most exciting clients, translating search signals into commercial wins. This role mixes analytical depth, sharp communication, and the ability to steer a strategy with confidence (and maybe a little flair).

• Craft smart, integrated Organic strategies across technical SEO, content, and authority growth.
• Lead client relationships like a pro, presenting insights, strategies and “aha!” moments with clarity and confidence.
• Dive deep into performance data and turn it into actions that get results (no fluff, just impact).
• Collaborate with PR, Client Services and other channels to keep everything seamlessly aligned.
• Feed into commercial forecasting and planning, because SEO is a business driver.
• Stay on top of entity optimisation, platform discovery and the ever evolving ways people search.
• Spot risks, hunt down opportunities and map out the long-term direction of each account.
• Support new business pitches and help shape thought leadership that gets attention.

You’re an experienced strategist with a love for data, a talent for storytelling, and the confidence to lead conversations with clients who expect the best. Analytical? Absolutely. Communicative? Always. Strategic? It’s basically your middle name.
