Job Role: PPC Manager

Location: Leeds (Hybrid working)

We’re working with a dynamic, independent media agency delivering multi-channel campaigns for clients across multiple sectors including property, travel, fashion, and gaming. They’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their performance marketing team and help drive results for a portfolio of larger clients.

Your role :

Plan, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Analyse performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve ROI
Collaborate with internal teams and report campaign results to clients
Support the Head of Paid Media in driving overall paid search strategy

What we’re looking for:

3+ years PPC experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong analytics, reporting, and campaign management skills
Experience managing campaigns for larger clients
Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to thrive in a collaborative team
