Position: Full time – 35 hours Account Manager Hybrid)

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic new Jaywinger to join our Client Services Team, supporting the day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns across the agency.

Our Account Managers are at the heart of our client partnerships. In this role,you’llhelp shape and deliver integrated strategies across creative, digital, and media channels, collaborating closely with our in-house experts across strategy, content, PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and beyond.

We’relooking for adriven, deliverables focused individual who can confidently manage relationships, lead onbriefsand manage teams effectively, and bringopportunities and campaigns to life with the support of our talentedspecialists.

You’llneed to be organised, proactive, and commercially astutewith a natural ability to build trust and foster strong relationships both internally and externally.

You’llhelp clients succeed through delivering projects on time and on budgetand contribute to wider account planning and strategic initiatives. Working within Client Services,you’llsupport ongrowth opportunities for your client sand ensure excellence across both day-to-day delivery and broader campaign impact.

You'llalso have access to brilliant people across our business—including media performance specialists, data scientists, strategists, creatives, and developers—who’llsupport you every step of the way.

Key Accountabilities

Essential skills will include (but not be limited to!):

  • 3-4years’ experience working directly on creative, digital, and UX projects.

    You’llhave a solid understanding of how ideas come to life across channels and experience supporting integrated projects. This will enable you to contribute to high-level conversations with designers, UX specialists, and strategists, as well as confidently brief, manage, and help deliver creative and digital activity.
  • Experience in Organic and Paid Media would be preferential. You willhaveanunderstandingofmanaging integrated media and digital accounts.
  • This is a proactiverole,youwon’tbe sitting back waiting for briefs.

    You’llactively seek out opportunities, tackle challenges head-on, and bring ideas together across teams to drive stronger outcomes for clients.
  • Willingness to get stuck in-supportingall levels within the team, managing day-to-day client relationships,and handlingdigitalprojectsandretainedaccounts.
  • A natural organiser –you’llbe expected to juggle multiple projects, client demands and deadlineson a daily basis– working with the Account Executivesand coordinating the support of a talented team internally, to make sure client’s needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Previous experience working withinan integratedagency (orclient-side)-You’llbe used to liaising withstrategy,developersandcreativesto get the work done effectively on behalf of your clients. You’llbe pulling together insights, channel strategies, and creative ideas to shape solutions, then sharing campaign ideas and results with both the client and the agency teams.
  • You’llunderstand the customer journey and the impacts that can be made by actions at the right time and through the rightchanneland you have the capability to efficiently createandarticulate a comprehensiveintegratedclient strategy across the entire sales funnel.
  • A head for dataand an analytical mindset– whetherit’sevaluating a spike in a client’s results or understanding the reasons behind a lack of interactions, your naturally inquisitive nature will be spotting potential opportunities to put our data science experts to work.
  • Strong evidence of building relationships with clients,suppliers,and colleagues. Our Account Managers are critical to the success of our client/agency relationship and look to strike an amazing balance between client and agency to ensure we provide best in class client service.
  • Numerate and financially aware,you’llhave an attention for detail and be the person responsible for ensuring your account’s commercials are all in place, dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s.
