Paid Search Executive – Leeds (City Centre)

A growing, independent media agency is looking for a junior Paid Search professional to join their supportive performance marketing team.
You'll help deliver and optimise campaigns for a variety of clients, learning from experienced team members while developing your career in PPC.
Your role- Execute and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Assist with performance analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to support wider campaign strategies
- 1–2 years paid search experience
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads
- Organised, proactive, and keen to develop in PPC
- Confident working in a fast‑paced, collaborative agency environment
- Employee ownership scheme (after 1 year) equivalent to a 10‑15%
