Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy. The candidate will lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. Strong marketing background, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required.

• Develop and deliver a focused marketing and lead generation plan aligned to business objectives.
• Test, analyse and refine marketing and business development campaigns to continuously improve lead generation, engagement and commercial impact across content, website, email, social and events.
• Own the planning, management and delivery of approximately 3 marketing and business development events per year (e.g. client events, round tables, webinars), ensuring each event is commercially relevant, aligned to business objectives, and developed cross‑functionally from concept through to delivery and post‑event follow‑up.
• Create and manage high‑quality content (blogs, case studies, insights) that supports lead generation and account growth.
• Manage the website and optimise Linked In communications and profile, including optimisation and performance reporting.
• Work closely with consultants to generate compelling content that can be used across channels.
• Ensure brand consistency and a ‘One NSCG’ message across all channels, touchpoints and events.
• Track, analyse and report on marketing, business development and event performance, linking activity to commercial outcomes.
• Optimise the marketing spend and continually refine activity based on results and market insight.

• Proven experience in a marketing role with responsibility for both strategy and hands‑on delivery, preferably in an SME.
• Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, ideally using Salesforce and Marketo.
• Experience planning and delivering professional events (e.g. client events, round tables, webinars).
• Strong content experience, including writing and editing for different audiences.
• Confident using data analytics and preparing campaign reports to constantly optimise marketing activity.
• Content management system experience, tracking, meta data (preferably Word Press).
• Experience developing a strong understanding of markets, clients and audiences.
• An eye for design and attention to detail.
