Location: Rodley, Leeds, LS13 1NP

Hours: Part Time 20h, Monday to Friday, 2.30pm to 6.30pm

Pay: £12.21 per hour

The Cleaning Operative is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organised manufacturing environment. The role involves cleaning production areas, offices, and communal spaces, with a strong focus on dust control, waste management, and general housekeeping standards.

This role suits someone reliable, practical, and comfortable working in an industrial setting.

• Cleaning production areas, offices, and communal spaces
• Controlling dust and maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Emptying bins and managing waste and recycling
• Keeping floors, walkways, and access routes clean and clear
• Using cleaning equipment correctly and reporting any issues
• Reporting hazards or concerns to the line manager

• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
• Awareness of cleanliness and safety in a working environment
