Salary: Up to £42,500 plus 150% overtime

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off night shift pattern

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, motivate and inspire your night shift team to deliver safe, high quality and efficient production
  • Create a positive and accountable culture where standards are clear and performance is recognised
  • Coach and develop individuals, helping them strengthen their skills and progress their careers
  • Take ownership of performance across Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost
  • Work closely with Technical, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and consistent operations overnight
  • Maintain an audit ready environment with a strong focus on food safety, quality and compliance

Your Background
  • Experience leading teams within FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Ability to motivate, engage and develop people in a fast paced production environment
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills
  • Hands on leadership style with a focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards
