Maintenance Manager (Engineering/Manufacturing)

Location:

Leeds (commutable from York, Manchester, Bradford, Sheffield)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Training + Personal Development + 25 days holiday + Benefits

Excellent role on offer for a Maintenance Manager looking to join a well-established, market leading company where you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day maintenance along with driving efficiencies across the business. This company is recognised as a dominant force within their specialist industry, having provided innovative and high-quality solutions for decades, and is actively looking for a dynamic individual to run the maintenance operations of this singular site and take them to the next level.

• Oversee all reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities for the single manufacturing site.
• Lead and coordinate a highly skilled maintenance team, including mentoring and guidance to develop staff.
• Develop maintenance plans and drive efficiencies across the business.

• Experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
• Background in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience leading a maintenance team.
• Lives local or willing to commute to Leeds.
