We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a full‑time, long‑term role offering stable hours, a supportive working environment, and the opportunity for a pay increase after a successful probation period.

• Spraying and finishing products to a high‑quality standard.
• Preparing surfaces prior to spraying (cleaning, masking as required).
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.

• Previous experience as a paint sprayer (industrial or manufacturing preferred).
• Good attention to detail and pride in high‑quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious.

• £12.21 per hour, with a pay rise after 12 weeks.
• 39 hours per week.
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
• Friday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm.
• 30‑minute lunch break.
• This role suits someone looking for consistent hours, early finishes on Fridays, and long‑term progression.
