Food Production Supervisor

We are recruiting for Food Production Supervisors for a food production site.

£14.52 per hour during training
£15.12 per hour after training

Leeds, LS10 1DF

Monday to Saturday (flexibility required)

5:00am – 3:00pm

3:00pm – 12:00am

Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks

Kingdom People are recruiting Food Production Supervisors to work at one of our client’s sites in Leeds (LS10 1DF
). Our client is a leading salad and sauce manufacturer.

This role involves working in a chilled food production environment.

Food Production Supervisors will be responsible for (list not exhaustive):

• Supervising production lines and production operatives
• Ensuring daily production targets and KPIs are met
• Monitoring CCP points and food safety compliance
• Enforcing hygiene, health & safety, and site procedures
• Training, coaching, and supporting team members
• Completing production paperwork and reports
• Identifying and escalating issues to management
  
  Manual handling where required

• Previous supervisory experience within food production or manufacturing
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
• Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday
• Ability to commute to Leeds, LS10 1DF
  (public transport available)
• Good written and spoken English
• A positive, proactive leadership approach
