About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller with strong hands‑on experience using HAAS and/or Siemens Shop Mill controls. You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high‑precision components in a clean, well‑equipped workshop.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set and operate CNC milling machines
Use HAAS and/or Siemens Shop Mill controls confidently
Manufacture precision components to tight tolerances
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Select tooling, set work offsets and run first‑offs
Perform in‑process inspection to maintain quality
Maintain a tidy and safe workspace

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Miller
Competent with HAAS and/or Siemens Shop Mill
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings
Good understanding of machining principles and tooling
Reliable and able to work independently
Must live within approx. 10–12 miles of LS20

Desirable

Experience with multi‑axis machining
CAD/CAM background
Experience in precision engineering (aerospace, motor sport, medical, etc.)
