Arla Foods is seeking an Operator Frontline - Operations to manage daily container filling and labeling machinery, ensuring top quality and safe production.

• Operate container filling/labelling machinery safely and efficiently.
• Report and correct safety issues, maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings.
• Perform quality inspections on materials and finished products, checking codes, seals and weights.
• Ensure accurate product/package/code changes.
• Conduct CIP duties and surface foaming with mechanical cleaning as per cleaning schedules.
• Perform simple preventive maintenance: cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening.
• Monitor equipment and process performance and resolve issues before they become problems.

• Good communicator who can understand instructions.
• Previous experience in an FMCG or related company.
• Food hygiene certificate.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, demonstrating basic vocational learning ability.
• Experience with SAP process order management and automated data collection systems (SCADA, OEE, SPC).
