We’re looking for an Operations Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and goes the extra mile to ensure teams and sites set the industry standard.

This is a multi-site role overseeing security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients in financial services, distribution, and manufacturing across the Yorkshire area and further afield.

You’ll be responsible for:

• 👥
  Leadership & Service Delivery – Ensuring high standards in manned security and cleaning, under SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards.

• 🤝
  Client & Team Management – Building strong client relationships through site visits, meetings, and staff training.

• 📅
  Scheduling & Compliance – Managing rostering (via Timegate), performance, motivation, and compliance.

• 💻
  Technology & Reporting – Using advanced systems for reporting, payroll, and scheduling.

Above all, you’ll ensure the retention and development of your client base

• 🎓 Management experience in security and/or cleaning (

  )

• 🛡️ Front-line SIA Licence (
  essential
  )

• 💬 Strong leadership and communication skills

• 💻 High IT literacy and confidence using advanced systems

• 🚗 Full UK driving licence and own car

• 🏢 Willingness to travel to York HQ at least once a month
