Overview
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
We are working with a leading full-service digital agency based in Leeds. They deliver high-quality digital solutions across Web, Performance, and Creative services for a portfolio of global and challenger brands.
The agency is growing its Project Management team following internal movement and is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale website and digital projects.
Responsibilities- Lead the management of website and digital projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including UX, design, development, SEO, and analytics.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and maintain governance across the project lifecycle.
- Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring outputs meet quality standards.
- Maintain tight control of scope, timelines, and budgets for high-value projects.
- Support discovery and planning phases, translating requirements into actionable plans.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the Project Management team.
- Proven track record managing large website builds or digital projects from discovery to delivery.
- Confident managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and governance experience.
- Experience controlling project budgets, timelines, and scope.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools;
Prince2 is a bonus.
