Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to join our team at our multi temperature site in Sherburn in Elmet. As a Team Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading your own team, helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.

This is a full‑time, permanent position working an any 5 from 7 rotating shift pattern of 06:00 till 14:00 and 14:00 till 22:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £34,000.00 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). • Lead operational activities in your area for the duration of the shift to achieve the work plan on time and in line with budget and KPIs
• Drive performance through effective monitoring of coaching and performance
• Review all aspects of shift performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Lead the team on shift proactively to motivate high performance, develop positive engagement and good communication across the operation
• Manage the warehouse training requirement and function

• Proven experience in managing a large operational team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment (ideally a food operation)
• The ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating excellent planning skills
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on‑site engagement
