We are looking for a hands on Team Leader to manage the Travel Prizes & Incentives team.
The role- Lead a small team delivering end-to-end travel prizes and incentives
- Manage workloads, budgets, and timelines
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Handle client and prize winner queries
- Drive process improvements and service quality
- Experience in incentives, business travel, events, or similar
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confident, practical leader with high attention to detail
