The RoleAs a Senior Events Manager / Producer
, you’ll be responsible for leading high-profile projects from start to finish — from strategic planning through to flawless execution. You’ll work across conferences, parties, experiential activations, and brand-led events, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement – Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Strategic Event Planning – Design and deliver creative event strategies tailored to client goals.
- End-to-End Project Management – Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers, and logistics seamlessly.
- Event Production – Lead on-site delivery across conferences, parties, and experiential activations.
- Team Leadership – Guide and inspire junior team members and cross-functional contributors.
- Creativity & Innovation – Bring fresh, original ideas to projects and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Evaluation & Reporting – Measure success, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
- 4+ years’ agency experience in events, production, or experiential communications.
- Proven background in delivering conferences, parties, and experiential activations
. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle complex, large-scale events.
- Confident communicator who can build trust with clients at all levels.
- Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven.
- Proficient with project management tools/software.
