The Role

As a Senior Events Manager / Producer
, you’ll be responsible for leading high-profile projects from start to finish — from strategic planning through to flawless execution. You’ll work across conferences, parties, experiential activations, and brand-led events, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement – Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Event Planning – Design and deliver creative event strategies tailored to client goals.
  • End-to-End Project Management – Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers, and logistics seamlessly.
  • Event Production – Lead on-site delivery across conferences, parties, and experiential activations.
  • Team Leadership – Guide and inspire junior team members and cross-functional contributors.
  • Creativity & Innovation – Bring fresh, original ideas to projects and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Evaluation & Reporting – Measure success, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
About You
  • 4+ years’ agency experience in events, production, or experiential communications.
  • Proven background in delivering conferences, parties, and experiential activations
    .
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle complex, large-scale events.
  • Confident communicator who can build trust with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven.
  • Proficient with project management tools/software.
