Head of Finance

Reporting to the Group Finance Director
We are seeking an experienced Finance professional with at least 7 years experience

Duties & Responsibilities
As the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading HR initiatives, working with outsourced partners to ensure compliance and staff well-being.
Acting as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, driving insights and improvements for growth.
Supporting the company’s expansion into new markets, including international opportunities.

Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Managing operational functions, including stock planning, customer services. and despatch,
Experience managing operational and HR functions within an SME.
A strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and performance improvements.
A qualification in finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a leadership position
