Overview
Within the professional services environment, effective risk management is essential for delivering client services successfully and for safeguarding and enhancing our brand reputation. The UK&I Conflicts Team operates as part of the UK&I Risk Management Group, which reports directly to senior management.
Responsibilities- Managing the UK&I Conflict Team central mailbox, addressing enquiries from partners, employees, and the Global Delivery Service Central Conflicts Team, and efficiently triaging queries to colleagues.
- Reviewing and approving ring-fencing declarations.
- Analysing data contained within the firm7s client and engagement management systems.
- Preparing detailed reports for senior stakeholders.
- Maintaining dashboards, recording statistics, and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Assisting with data cleansing initiatives.
- Reviewing and approving internal billing procedures.
- Coordinating and implementing departmental projects and strategic initiatives.
A self-starter who is highly motivated to learn and develop. Strong analytical and interpretation skills with excellent attention to detail. Adaptable with excellent team working skills. Ability to work to pre-determined deadlines and meet objectives under pressure.
QualificationsTo qualify for the role, you must have:
Prior experience in an area of risk management/compliance.
