We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Longhurst Contract, based from our Leeds Office, in Hunslet, LS10 1BL
.
As the Customer Team Leader, you will ensure the contact centre operations delivers the required performance, delivering a great customer contact experience through a variety of customer contact channels which might be Phone, Email, Video, Social, Correspondence.
Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for leading a team supporting the day-to-day activity, driving excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, whilst ensuring exceptional customer relationships are maintained.
Qualifications- Excellent supervisory skills
- Previous experience of leading and managing a small team of planners
- Experience of working in a social housing repairs environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
- Strong understanding of WIP management ensuring targets are met and exceeded to always achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, & Power Point
