Business Manager

We're looking for a driven and inspiring Recruitment Manager to lead our Wakefield Business Support & Commercial division based in our Leeds office. You'll be managing a team of two experienced recruitment consultants, with plans to grow the team further as we expand our reach across Leeds and the surrounding area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a strong billing background who wants to step into leadership. You don't need previous management experience - we provide a market-leading management training programme designed to help you transition confidently into the role and thrive as a leader.

We also offer hybrid working, giving you the flexibility to split time between the Leeds office and home.

• Manage, coach, and motivate two experienced consultants within the Business Support & Commercial sector.
• Play a key role in our regional growth by helping to recruit an additional team member.
• Oversee recruitment activity across a range of Business Support and Commercial roles.
• Stay up to date with the local market, identifying opportunities for new business and strategic growth.
• Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with clients across Leeds and surrounding areas.
• Actively seek opportunities to grow market share through business development and networking.
• Manage your own Business Support/Commercial desk alongside your leadership responsibilities.
• Attract high-quality candidates through advertising, headhunting, social media, and networking.

• Proven experience in agency recruitment (essential)
• Ideally experience in the Business Support or Commercial market
• No management experience required - full leadership training provided
• Ideally a driver with access to their own vehicle - we offer a car allowance
