Location:
Leeds & Liverpool
Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 20% Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver M&E-led projects across retail and shopping centre environments
* Develop and grow your own project pipeline within the client portfolio
* Manage projects from initial opportunity and scoping through to completion
* Price works, manage budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
* Oversee programme, quality, health & safety and compliance
* Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat work opportunities.
Ideal Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within Facilities Management or Building Services
* Strong background in M&E projects, with some fabric experience beneficial
* Experience delivering projects in retail, commercial or similar live environments
* Commercially aware, with the ability to develop, price and secure project work
* Confident managing multiple projects concurrently
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
