Get Recruited are excited to be working with a highly reputable and award‑winning company who are on the lookout for a SALES TEAM LEADER to join their busy and successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a sales / business development background who can bring the energy to the sales team! Working closely with the Sales Director, you'll be providing guidance, training, and motivation to the sales team.

• Assisting the Sales Director to set sales goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of sales representatives, including training and motivation
• Monitor sales metrics and analyse data for areas of improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Stay updated on industry and market trends
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and targets
• Foster a high-performance, results‑driven sales culture

• Experienced as a team leader.
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies
