Job DescriptionThe Global Senior L&D Project Manager
, reporting to the Director of HR Operations & L&D, will lead the deployment of our global leadership programme and oversee learning and development systems, processes, and programmes, managing two direct reports:
Global HR Coordinator and Global HR Administrator. This 12‑month Fixed Term Contract role sits within the global HR function, supporting company‑wide people initiatives.
- Oversee global leadership development across regions, manage external providers, budgets, and invoicing. Deliver reporting and insights on effectiveness, and continually review strategy with stakeholders for improvements.
- Manage global LMS experience including learning, assessments, and reporting. Maintain provider relationships and deliver insights on system performance.
- Design and deliver mandatory global training, support regional technical modules, review and approve content, and conduct annual reviews for enhancements.
- Lead global programmes (e.g., inclusive interviewing), manage providers, report on effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.
- Manage global HR budget, ensure SOX compliance, and provide analysis for board reporting on people initiatives.
- End‑to‑end project management may be required for other initiatives dependent on the speed and scale of our ambition for the future people agenda.
The ideal candidate for this role has:
- Demonstrable experience of managing L&D programmes in a professional services environment
- Experience of LMS system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and tailor communication for different audiences
- Ability to balance needs of different stakeholders and influence where appropriate to achieve global consistency
- Ability to manage a number of projects and processes simultaneously and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
- Experience of using Microsoft Excel and Power Point
