As Associate Director
, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of a wide variety of construction projects, working across sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, lead project teams, and ensure client satisfaction from inception through to completion. A key part of your role will involve developing new business through your own network, as well as expanding existing client relationships.

There will be scope to support and eventually lead a growing team of project managers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and strategic input into the future of the business. The role combines delivery with leadership and offers a genuine route to progression within a respected and agile consultancy.

• Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
• Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent)
• Strong track record in project delivery across multiple sectors
• Proven ability to bring or generate new business through professional networks
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and project teams
• Previous experience leading or mentoring junior team members is desirable
