Base pay range

Salary: £110,000 - £130,000 per annum + Direct Equity options & benefits

Location:

Leeds (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

We are recruiting an Operations Director to join a well-established, growth focused professional services organisation operating across the UK and Europe. This role works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, providing senior operational leadership and ensuring the organisation's systems, processes and governance support long-term growth and performance.

You will be responsible for driving operational effectiveness, resilience and continuous improvement, while embedding strong governance, compliance and ESG standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior operational partner to the COO.
  • Lead and develop senior operational leaders across core functions.
  • Oversee and improve day-to-day operational performance.
  • Drive efficiency, scalability and service quality through process and system improvement.
  • Lead operational planning, budgeting and performance reporting.
  • Ensure robust governance, risk management, compliance and ESG practices.
  • Identify and resolve complex operational issues.
Skills & Experience
  • Senior operational leadership experience within the professional services sector.
  • Strong experience in operational excellence, governance, risk and compliance.
  • Proven ability to deliver process, systems and organisational change.
  • Experience leading senior teams and working at executive level.
  • Sound commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations Director or similar senior role.
  • Programme and project leadership experience.
