Role at Touchstone Support - Mental Health Charity.
Pay RangeBase pay range
: £41,926 – £45,158 per annum (pay structure points 32‑35). 37 hours per week.
This role is an exciting opportunity which involves working at a HR strategic and operational level to support Touchstone and its services to meet their objectives, and to foster a culture of high performance and inclusion where all colleagues thrive at work through the development and delivery of People and Culture plans. The postholder will be required to lead and manage HR compliance, including dealing with complex cases and providing comprehensive and confidential support and advice to managers and staff.

- Provide substantial experience in HR and employment law, including dealing with complex cases.
- Significant experience in HR and employment law, including dealing with complex cases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively engage staff at all levels.
