Are you ready to take ownership of a busy healthcare focused depot operation? At CEVA Logistics, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead day to day operations at our Leeds site. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will ensure compliance, safety and operations while managing a dedicated team assisting in delivering supplies to hospitals and care homes.

This role is Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with some flexibility required.

• Report to the Depot Senior Manager and oversee daily depot operations across two key contracts.
• Manage resources, compliance and safety standards.
• Lead and support a team of office staff, drivers and warehouse operatives.
• Coordinate routes, driver schedules and support a mixed fleet.
• Ensure proper handling of temperature‑controlled stock and van operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, drive continuous improvements and act as the first point of contact for customer and operational requirements.

• Proven experience in managing a depot or warehouse operations within a small to medium sized site.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to step in and provide hands‑on support when required.
• Solid understanding of compliance and safety standards in logistics.
• HR experience to manage staff and handling of day‑to‑day people matters.
• 0 Licence desirable but not mandatory.
