This is a pivotal role where you will drive the successful delivery of software releases by planning, coordinating, and overseeing all release activities. As a Release Manager, you will act as the central link between development, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring releases are seamless and delivered on time. Your work will directly influence delivery success by promoting best-practice deployment and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Development Manager, you will join a team of 4 to collaborate rolling out releases on a global scale. This role offers the chance to work on a high-impact program that shapes the future of Rotork’s operations with notable exposure to senior stakeholders.

In this position you will:

  • Coordinate global D365 release planning and delivery, ensuring high‑quality releases are delivered on schedule.
  • Manage cross‑functional release activity across technology and business teams.
  • Lead and prioritise change requests, assessing impact on existing systems and processes.
  • Communicate release plans, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
  • Produce concise reporting to track release performance and programme health.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

  • Proven track record in release coordination
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies and release processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management and solution delivery.
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar tools.
