Insight Manager; Quant DOE hybrid

Salary: £36,500+ per year (depending on experience)
Location: Leeds (hybrid)

Are you an experienced Insight Manager or Senior Research Executive ready for your next challenge? Our client, a forward-thinking insights consultancy, is looking for a confident, client-facing Insight Manager to join their team. You’ll manage complex research projects, build trusted client relationships, and oversee junior team members, delivering high-quality, commercially-focused insights.

• Manage multiple complex projects end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, budgets, and quality outputs.
• Act as key client contact, building trust and identifying account growth opportunities.
• Lead project teams and line manage junior staff, providing coaching and guidance.
• Oversee research inputs, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting to deliver actionable insights.
• Manage project financials, proposals, and commercial processes.
• Contribute to innovation, solutions, and process improvements within the team.

• Experienced in agency-side quantitative or mixed‑method research
• Confident, client-facing, and calm under pressure.
• Hands‑on project leader, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience line managing junior staff.
• Detail‑oriented, commercially aware, and solution‑focused.
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team player.
