We are now looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Great Bear Sherburn on a Full Time and Permanent Position
.

• £13.71 per hour – £27,090.60 per annum base – OTE of up to £37,090.60 per annum
• Overtime rates of £18.47 per hour.

• 3ON 3
  
  OFF Days – 06:00am to 18:00pm.

• Experience operating Reach, Flexi, or Benditrucks.
• Confident handling and moving pallets at heights of 10 metres or more.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

• Experience operating Reach, Bendi, or Flexi trucks.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Warehouse Operative.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety, and efficiency.
• Driven, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
