Leeds City Centre (LS1/LS2). Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour.

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail‑oriented Cleaner & Key Holder to manage the maintenance and security of our premium city centre premises. This high‑responsibility role combines professional‑grade cleaning with secure facility access management. You will be the primary custodian of the site, ensuring it is pristine, secure, and ready for operation every single day.

• Secure Key Handling & Access Management
  • Opening/Closing:
    Secure unlocking and locking of premises.
  • Security Protocols:
    Arm/disarm alarm systems, ensure fire exits and windows secure.
  • Access Control:
    Manage access for contractors or authorized deliveries.
• Premium Cleaning Standards
  • General Cleaning:
    Dusting, vacuuming, mopping main floor areas, offices, communal spaces.
  • Sanitization:
    Deep cleaning high‑traffic touchpoints and washroom facilities.
  • Waste Management:
    Efficient removal of waste and recycling per city centre disposal regulations.
  • Inventory Control:
    Monitor cleaning supply levels, report restocks needed.
• Site Inspection & Reporting
  • Conductor daily walk‑throughs to identify maintenance issues (leaks, lightbulb changes).
  • Ensure exterior entrance clean and welcoming for clients/visitors.

• At least 2 years experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Clean DBS check (Basic or Enhanced) required.
• Exceptionally reliable, especially early morning or late‑night opening/closing shifts.
• Hospitality‑standard eye for cleanliness and presentation.
• Based in or near Leeds City Centre, reliable transport/walking access.

• Competitive £22/hr reflecting high responsibility.
• Autonomous working: manage own workflow without constant micro‑management.
