Electrical Maintenance Technician

Position: Electrical Maintenance Technician (Permanent)
Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with our returning client for the appointment of an Electrical Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis. This is a full time, day shift position.

Our client are a long established manufacturing business with exciting investment planned for the next 5 years. Having just invested heavily into new machinery, and the engineering environment this is a great time to join them. This role will suit someone who is electrically biased with previous experience of working with heavy duty machinery.

Job Description

* Support the Engineering and Facilities Manager/Maintenance team leader with Timely response to machinery breakdowns

* TPM of machinery onsite to reduce machinery downtime

* First and second fix electrical installations office and commercial environments

* Fixed wire remedial works

* Support on site refurbishment projects, including but not limited to wiring, building works, floor and walkways, machinery moves.

* General site maintenance repairs

Skills Required

* Time served

* Electrically biased maintenance technician

* 17th or 18th edition

* Previous experience within a heavy plant environement is desirable
