Are you passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction? At METTLER TOLEDO, we are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician in our Weighing Team to:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, calibration, and breakdown rectification on Laboratory and Industrial products
- Commission and install new equipment per customer requirements
- Deliver first-time fixes and complete documentation
- Manage vehicle stock, expenses, and time effectively
- Attend MT-UK training and highlight any additional needs
- Support colleagues across departments and own customer satisfaction

What You Need Succeed- Demonstrable mechanical and electronic engineering experience, including fault diagnosis, component replacement, and system optimisation in laboratory and industrial settings
- Proven track record in a customer-facing service environment, delivering timely technical support, building rapport with clients, and consistently exceeding service level expectations
