We have a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Aftercare Technician in our Leeds construction business, supporting projects from £10M to £80M in value within schools, healthcare, heritage, and commercial buildings.

Leeds, Yorkshire

Full Time, Permanent. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

• Assess reported defects and decide appropriate remedial actions, liaising with product manufacturers and supply chain partners to investigate root causes.
• Undertake minor works directly where practical and coordinate with Kier construction teams and subcontractors for larger or specialist works.
• Ensure quality standards and the highest level of health and safety are maintained on all remedial works undertaken.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, supply chain, project teams and the regional aftercare manager.
• Accurately log all work undertaken and maintain records of instructed works, completions and sign‑offs.

• A construction‑relevant trade or technical qualification (e.g., HND, SVQ, City & Guilds).
• CSCS card.
• SSSTS (Desirable) – can upskill.
• PASMA / IPAF (Desirable).
• Full driving licence.
• IT literate and comfortable using laptop, tablet, phone and relevant software.
