As a Field Service Technician you will provide both reactive and proactive service work, including installation, commissioning, certification, and maintenance of product inspection and system equipment at customer sites.

• Perform routine performance verification and preventative maintenance.
• Install and commission new equipment.
• Rectify breakdowns efficiently.
• Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities.
• Adhere to KPIs and complete all administrative tasks promptly.
• Travel regularly to customer sites, including occasional visits to Leicester.
• Maintain and manage stock responsibly.

• Experience in a customer‑facing service environment; comfortable interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, troubleshooting on‑site, and communicating professionally.
• Technical proficiency in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering; strong knowledge of circuits, components, and mechanical systems to diagnose faults, perform repairs, and execute maintenance.
