Mobile Cleaning Operative Yorkshire

Samsic UK is recruiting for a

• PERMANENT FULL TIME
• Mobile Cleaner to provide a professional facilities management service based at Samsic Leeds Office and covering Yorkshire Region.

UK Driving Licence is mandatory for a minimum of 18 months, as this role involves commuting to different sites to cover cases of sickness or absence. If the driver has 6 points or more then approval from our insurance and additional excess may apply.

This position is to work for 40 Hrs per week, Mon to Fri . Timings will be confirmed to coincide with Operational requirements.

As this role will cover multiple sites, you may be required to conduct a UK Criminal Record (Enhanced, England & Wales) check to cover sites such as schools. By applying to this position, you acknowledge that this may be a requirement of the job role.

• £13.10 per hour,paid four-weekly
• unless specified otherwise.

Duties include but are not limited to, cleaning sanitary areas, emptying bins, mopping, disinfecting touch points, restocking soap / hand towels, and general cleaning.

• Time spent commuting between sites or out-on-road for Operational needs.

• You will be polite and have a passion for delivering a good service. You will be health and safety conscious when working within the workplace, considering the environment and presence of others around you.
• Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable.
• Training will be provided, however, cleaning experience of at least 1 year is preferable.
• Flexibility to cover shifts in early mornings or late evenings
• UK Driving License holder for a minimum of 18 months.
