Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

DePuy Synthes Supply Chain is recruiting for a Sr Manager, DPS Supply Chain Solutions. The Sr Manager, DPS Supply Chain Solutions plays a pivotal role in enabling capital‑efficient, profitable, and compliant growth for a $9+ Billion per year Orthopaedics business through supporting improved forecast accuracy, effective asset management, and new capability deployment globally. This position will play a key role in deploying the DPS In‑market Supply Chain Operating Model across the top markets globally, driving operational performance to support profitable growth.

Additionally, it coordinates programs, processes, and organizational capabilities to achieve business objectives related to Planning and Cash Flow Management, collaborating extensively with supply chain, commercial, and finance teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities Operational Model Deployment
  • Lead Improvement Projects for Forecast and Inventory Models:
    Drive initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and improve the utility and application of inventory and asset entitlement models. Focus on achieving better service levels and optimizing cash flow.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to increase forecast accuracy and asset management, improving advanced analytics and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate forecast and inventory technology and solutions to support execution of supply chain strategies.
  • Develop and document standard methodologies for forecast and asset management processes to ensure scalability and sustainability across Markets.
