Due to continued growth within their disputes team, the firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate (NQ to 5 years' PQE).This
is an excellent opportunity for a commercial disputes lawyer seeking exposure to a broad and varied caseload, with the chance to work closely with senior lawyers and partners in a leading Legal 500 practice.PositionThe successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of commercial and business disputes, including: contractual disputes, partnership, shareholder and director disputes, defamation claims, professional negligence actions, breach of restrictive covenants, commercial debt recovery and enforcement, and copyright and trade mark disputes.
Key responsibilities include drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement agreements; developing case strategy alongside senior lawyers and partners; managing disclosure, evidence gathering, and preparation for hearings; representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and other forms of ADR; and supporting business development while maintaining strong client relationships.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of files, contribute to the team's growth, and develop long-term client relationships in a collaborative and supportive environment.Key DetailsThe firm offers a competitive salary of £55,000 to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
