Conveyancing Fee Earner Opportunity in Leeds We are delighted to be partnering alongside one of our esteemed clients, a well rounded and respected law firm located in Leeds, known for its high quality work and supportive culture. They are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx) to join their thriving Residential Property department on a full time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to manage a diverse, high-value caseload with strong paralegal and administrative support, offering clear pathways for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build, and shared ownership matters.
  • Title investigation, drafting contracts, handling exchange and completion procedures.
  • Dealing professionally with clients, lenders, and third-party solicitors.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQS requirements and internal firm standards.
Skills And Experience Required
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience running a full, unsupervised residential conveyancing caseload from inception to post-completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process, including complex leasehold and unregistered land matters.
  • Excellent client care, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
