This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take ownership of a thriving regional practice, backed by a collaborative national team and strong infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex private wealth matters and be confident in leading a team, driving business development, and building long-term client relationships.

The Candidate

• Private Client Solicitor / Partner who possesses a wealth of experience
• Strong portable client following or proven business development track record
• Experience in a regional or national law firm
• Leadership experience or ambition to lead a team
• STEP membership preferred
• Commercially astute, collaborative, and client-focused
