The Role

As a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate , you will join the firm's renowned Corporate team in their state-of-the-art Leeds city centre office .

You will work with an enviable client base , spanning household names across retail, sports, technology and telecoms , on a broad and stimulating caseload, including :

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Disposals
• Restructuring and reorganisations
• Private equity
