Working as a virtual in-house lawyer you will be dedicated to meeting clients’ legal needs and fully contribute to the growth of Konexo Legal Services. You will deliver the work that was previously done in-house, working closely day to day with our clients’ businesses and feel part of the clients in house teams but with the full support of a global firm.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Solicitor with over 5 years’ post-qualification experience to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across a broad spectrum of commercial matters, working with a diverse client base that includes large financial service organisations and various household names in the retail sector.

• Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
  Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including outsourcing and framework agreements, technology agreements, supply of goods and services agreements, terms and conditions, NDAs and drafting risk reviews.
• Advisory Services:
  Provide high quality strategic legal advice on commercial transactions, and compliance matters while mitigating commercial and legal risk.
• Client Management:
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored legal solutions.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work collaboratively with other team members and departments within the firm to deliver integrated legal services and provide support in the design of effective legal solutions for one or more of our clients.
• Continuous Improvement: work with our clients to deliver legal work more efficiently, including the through the use of legal technology.
• Supervision and line management: provide supervision, guidance and support to more junior lawyers and paralegals.

We’d love to hear from candidates who are admitted to practice in England and Wales with 5 years or more PQE. You will have commercial contracts experience either in-house or in private practice.
