We're working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Leeds that's looking to grow its Corporate team with an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-7 PQE).
The RoleYou will work on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- M&A transactions
- Private equity and venture capital
- Corporate restructures and shareholder agreements
- General advisory for a wide range of clients
You will be part of a collaborative, partner-led team working on high-quality transactions across the region and nationally.
