As a Corporate Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE, you'll work on a varied caseload of corporate transactions including:

• Mergers and acquisitions

• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• General corporate advisory work

You'll work closely with partners on deals from inception through to completion, gaining valuable experience across different sectors and transaction types.
