Reporting to: Head of Department, Scotland Team

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scottish Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scottish law, the Personal Injury process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury
• Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients
• Negotiating settlements with insurers
• Representing clients in court

• Qualified Scottish solicitor
• 2+ years experience in personal injury law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence
• Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls
• Proficient use of Proclaim
